This breathtaking panorama captures the magical essence of Finestrat, nestled in the heart of Costa Blanca. The imposing Puig Campana mountain dominates the center, its distinctive silhouette a testament to the raw beauty of the Valencian landscape. To the right, Sierra Cortina adds depth to the rugged horizon. 

As day gives way to twilight, the sky erupts in a spectacular display of orange and blue, crowned by a perfect rainbow arching over the scene. Winding dirt roads carve through the terrain, telling tales of countless journeys through this captivating land. A solitary figure stands atop a hill, silhouetted against the fiery sky, bearing witness to this awe-inspiring confluence of earth and heavens.

El espectacular atardecer que pude disfrutar en la costa alicantina a principios de diciembre de 2021 me dejó sin palabras, muy pocos de este tipo había podido vivir y mucho menos haciendo fotos. Esta vez tuve suerte y pude realizar varias capturas, esta es una de ellas.

Esta vez la luna llena de domingo no se dejó ver mucho, muy tímidamente la pude capturar sobre el casco antiguo de Altea.

Corto momento de luz en las Salinas de Torrevieja, faltaba aún bastante para ponerse el sol pero las nubes que se iban acumulando esa tarde y la calima hicieron de ese instante algo impalpable, difícil de atrapar, y eso que ese día apenas había nadie por allí, esto es lo poco que pude salvar.

Íbamos sin saber muy bien qué podríamos encontrar el compañero Miguel Ángel Varó y yo en una zona de la costa alicantina no muy concurrida por turistas ni gente local, ni tampoco muy fotografiada. La cuestión es que teníamos claro por dónde se empezaría a ver el centro galáctico de la vía láctea esa noche, haciéndose un hueco entre las luces artificiales de dos grandes urbes turísticas de la zona y escapando a la gran masa de polvo sahariano que nos está acompañando estos días y que aún no había hecho presencia dicha noche. Al final encontramos esta cueva de no tan difícil acceso en la que personalmente sudé mucho por el calor y la humedad para sacar esta panóramica de 14 fotos verticales a 15mm.

Atardecer en las Salinas de Torrevieja, a finales del verano pasado. Siempre intento ir todos los veranos, el pasado no fallé, la previsión no era mala pero llegué muy justo y la zona "más demandada" ya estaba ocupada por algunos compañeros fotógrafos con quienes pude charlar un rato más tarde. Sólo faltó la compañía del máster de la zona Miguel Ángel Varó que a esas alturas del verano ya había cargado con suficientes capturas del lugar.
